Relaxation for chronic conditions
I am trained and insured to be able to offer relaxation sessions to clients who are about to embark on, are undergoing or have finished their treatment for cancer. Also, clients who suffer from conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and arthritis can often find my tailor-made treatments alleviate some of their symptoms.
Reflexology
A very relaxing therapy that may unblock stagnant energy by stimulating the nervous and blood circulation systems, this promotes self-healing and relaxation of the energy pathways and encourages the body's natural balance to return.
Advanced Clinical Massage
A focused treatment for muscular and skeletal pain. A combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, energy work, myofascial release and stretching techniques are used to treat soft tissue, muscle and joint pain throughout the whole body.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a hands-on therapy focusing on soft tissue dysfunction, pain and tension. The treatment involves gentle sustained pressure to allow the fascia to elongate and restore itself to a healthy position.
Swedish Massage
One of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. The muscles are rubbed with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart as well as incorporating techniques such as kneading, percussion-like tapping and stretching of muscles
Aromatherapy Massage
An aromatherapy massage is truly indulgent. Allow your mind to drift away as your blend of essential oils is worked in to your body to help you heal and relax.
Hot Stone Fusion
Allow the hot basalt stones and a customised massage to melt away tension and ease muscles.
Coronovirus Policy
This policy outlines some of the key measures I have taken to reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus (COVID-19) as at July 2020. Please note the content may be subject to change.
Currently (July 2020) all therapies are restricted to 45 minute appointment times, with 5 minutes either side for client consultation. Unfortunately Facial Massage is not yet available.

Maintaining social distancing
Please note that while many treatments involve close contact, I will be observing social distancing measures wherever possible. This might include, for example, maintaining an appropriate distance during the consultation process, and when arriving and leaving for an appointment.
Cancellations policy
